I have a PDF file I would like to attach to a post for a fellow member but I can't figure out how to do it. I read the HELP section and it said something about that feature having to be turned on. Can anyone help me?

The easy way to do it would be to use Google documents (or something similar) and link them to it. Even easier than that would be to email it to them.

I guess I'm a heretic of the camping world, but, I never really liked marshmallows.  Too sweet.  I usually headed for the chocolate instead.

I think Beemerboy was responding to the marshmallow poll and got it in the wrong place.

Ya, sorry about that.  This is what happens when you have a whole bunch of browser tabs open and have had only one cup of coffee.  Grin

Back on the OT, you can post images here if you have a place to host them, but as far as I know, you cannot post a pdf into a page, those are generally stand alone documents, and the forums DO NOT permit any attachements (other than an inline image) If you have a place to host the file, then you could post a link to it.

www.box.net is a great place to post files for others to download. And it's free! Set up an account, which is easy, and upload the file. Then copy the link to the file and send that via email to your friend. And did I say it was free?   Grin
