Hello all, I'm new to the site here, been lurking for quite awhile, which helped me make a decision which I just purchased a 2006 Fleetwood Niagara with all the bells and whistles in perfect condition. They threw in the hitch with equalizer, hoses, grey water tank, extension cords, level, level pads and chocks, screen room, pots and pans, linens, silverware, cleaning supplies, toaster, coffeemaker, an ADCO cover, it goes on and on. We are very excited about the purchase and can't wait till spring for our very first camping experience. We paid $8500.00 for everything, does this sound like a fair price for this camper.

Yup that is a great deal.  All the extras cost $$$$$$ and it does add up.

Thanks for the kind welcome. The couple purchased the camper at an RV show in 2006 and they showed me the receipts which they paid, $17,500 out the door. Its was just them two camping so the camper doesn't show a bruise on it! Here are the pic.s of the inside.

Welcome - hope you love your Niagara as much as I love mine - whether camping with family or solo - it's great.  Tows well and is spacious when set up.

Congrats on the NTU PUP.  I think you got a great deal on it.  I was looking at an '06 Niagara at a dealer near my home.  They were asking $10,900.  When I spoke to a sales rep at the local RV show, he said they "would let it go for $9,900".  I also found an '07 for sale about two hours away from me, at a Ford dealer (trade-in on a car), they were asking $8,900.  Both of these units were without all of the extras that you got with yours.  The screen room itself is worth a few hundred bucks.  Congrats again and hope you enjoy it.  BTW, where are you located?

You guys out east are lucky. Here in AZ, that same camper would be $12-14K. Right now, there is a 2008 Acadia for $14750 on craigslist.

They will sell it.

Such is life on RV's and boats out here. I guess part of the reason is that our camping/boating season can be all year long, depending on where you want to go.

If people in AZ are willing to travel a bit, they can save a ton of money. Just going to CO can save one many of thousands. In my case, trying to find something like the Avalon, or a Rockwood 296 is like finding a needle in a haystack.

I live in Louisville, KY. I have been combing Craiglist since last Spring and not many Niagara's have been available, especially at this price and location, found this one just slightly south of Cincinnati. My wife wanted to wait a few days so she could schedule a day off work,I told her sorry honey this is not going to last , and was there the next day to check it out . We don't get full ownership till next Thursday because the title has a lien, but the sellers wired the payoff to there credit union while I was there and they were very nice people. With all the newness and excitement we went to Bass Pro today to check out the camping chairs and stuff. Wasn't really impressed, Walmart has just as much at a cheaper price.

You Got A very good deal!  I just traded my 06 Niagara in for a new TT and they gave me 8650.00 trade in for it.

We really loved that pup. It's gonna be missed.

I just noticed the owners manual in the pics and it looks to me to be from Apache Camping Center here in Washington. If it is then I assure that you got a fantastic deal and I also can assure that the dealer will give excellent service for your Niagara!
